Author: Keigaku Nishii (1880-1937) Born in Fukui Prefecture.
Real name Keijiro. The second son of Takami Nishii, a painter of the Fukui Matsudaira family.
He studied under Yamamoto Shunkyo and was good at landscape painting. Repeatedly selected at the literary exhibition.
