Description
A sageo made from Sanada Himo, a traditional Japanese craft.
Sanada Himo is a string made by weaving warp and weft, and has been widely used for a long time as a string for boxes for storing tea ware and a sageo for swords, taking advantage of its strong resistance to friction and pulling.
Another feature is that the unique texture comes out as you use it.
This product is handmade one by one by the creator who has 13 years of experience in Iaido, choosing a stronger sack string (bag woven) woven by the long-established Sanada Himo Kobo, considering that it will be used for actual training. I am.
Length: 240 cm (common as a sageo for Japanese swords and Iaito)
Width: 1.2 cm
Since it is a high-quality Sanada Himo, some people cut it to the desired length and use it as an obijime or handmade material, or as a blood stop for the sacred sword.
